Canh đậu hũ nấu rong biển chứa rất nhiều chất dinh dưỡng tốt cho sức khỏe. Đậu hũ non mềm mềm, thịt tôm dai dai trong khi rong biển và nấm lại giòn giòn hòa lẫn trong từng hớp canh, thật tuyệt vời phải không nào, chỉ nhìn thôi là đã muôn được thưởng thức ngay liền rồi.
Đậu hũ non rửa sạch, cắt quân cờ vừa ăn. Cà rốt rửa sạch, cắt hạt lựu. Đậu Hà Lan rửa sạch, để ráo.
Rong biển ngâm vào nước lạnh, đến khi rong biển nở bung thì rửa qua nhiều lần nước cho thật sạch. Tôm rửa sạch, bóc bỏ nõn và chỉ đen trên lưng tôm cho thật sạch.
Phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê hành tím băm với 2 muỗng cà phê dầu ăn trong nồi rồi cho tôm và 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm vào xào săn lại.
Thêm vào 3 chén nước lọc, đun sôi rồi cho tiếp cà rốt và đậu Hà Lan vào đun cùng.
Đun đến khi cà rốt, đậu mềm thì cho đậu hũ non vào, tiếp tục đun sôi, nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường và 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, khuấy đều.
Đun tiếp khoảng thêm 5 phút thì cho rong biển đã ngâm nở vào, để nồi canh sôi lại thì tắt bếp.
